Great! I hope you found the answers and God led you to the truth! If done right, it will enrich the body and heal it. If done wrong of course it could lead down. I guess you know your Mom's heart and my intend to help other women to feel better, healthier and even teach them through yoga how to live a healthier life. So they can be more productive for God. A sick and blurred Christian is not much use to Christ! Anything in life of a Christian done wrong or overdone can lead to distraction and disaster.
